Founder and CEO of Performix Group, John works with CEOs, business owners and their teams to create healthy organizations that consistently achieve their goals. With over 30 years of experience and being an owner of several family-owned businesses, John is committed to working with organizations to identify and overcome the barriers to growth that all organizations experience.

As a former business owner, I’ve lived the highs, the chaos, and the “I can’t keep doing this” moments. Today, I work with growth-stage CEOs and leadership teams to cut through complexity, solve internal friction, and build aligned, resilient companies.
